Jay Barber

Mr. Barber has over 29 years of experience in banking / bank management & lending; with key positions as Executive Vice President, SR Loan Officer & Board Member. He is also President & CEO of Barber Insurance Group & Managing Member of Red  White & Mountain Holdings.  He oversees the day to day operation of the company & of all business units in addition he is responsible for the companies Energy finance programs.  Mr. Barber is a graduate of Harding University with a Degree in Economics. In 2006 Mr. Barber was selected as a TOP 40 Under 40 business executive for the state of Arkansas for his many years of service to the banking industry and community service.
